Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to AERA. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AERA website, content, services and online store.

AERA is a lifestyle brand operated by 3504690-6, a company registered in Finland.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

ABOUT AERA

AERA is a premium lifestyle platform built around ambition, presence and experiences worth experiencing.

Through AERA, we curate and share selected experiences, places, products and services through our Journal, social media and other channels.

Our content may include reviews, recommendations, editorial features, photography, video and other forms of media.

AERA reserves the right to determine which experiences, businesses, products and services meet our editorial and quality standards.

AERA JOURNAL & EDITORIAL CONTENT

AERA’s Journal reflects our independent editorial perspective and experiences.

Being featured, reviewed or mentioned by AERA is not guaranteed by contacting us, entering into a collaboration or providing complimentary products or services.

AERA may visit businesses and experience their services without prior notice. We may choose to publish, modify, delay or not publish content based on our own editorial standards.

A commercial collaboration does not automatically result in a positive review or publication.

Where content is commercially sponsored or otherwise subject to a commercial arrangement, this will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

OUR STANDARDS & FEEDBACK

AERA works with selected premium businesses and brands.

Our purpose is not simply to promote businesses, but to experience them and provide meaningful customer insight where appropriate.

If an experience does not meet our standards for publication, AERA may choose not to publish it. We may, however, provide private feedback to the business.

Our editorial decisions are independent. Payment, complimentary services or other commercial arrangements do not guarantee editorial coverage or a positive assessment.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All content published on the AERA website is provided for general informational and editorial purposes.

While we aim to keep information accurate and current, details such as prices, opening hours, availability, menus, services and other information may change.

We recommend confirming important details directly with the relevant business or service provider before making a purchase or reservation.

AERA is not responsible for changes made by third-party businesses or service providers.

AERA ONLINE STORE

AERA may offer products for purchase through its online store, including clothing, accessories and other lifestyle products.

Product descriptions, images and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour, appearance or finish may occur.

All prices are displayed in accordance with applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection requirements.

An order becomes binding once the customer has completed the purchase process and received an order confirmation, subject to availability and any applicable statutory rights.

If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and refund any payment made for the unavailable product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

If you are a consumer purchasing products from our online store within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within the 14-day withdrawal period that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

The returned product should be in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. The customer may be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

We will refund the purchase price and the applicable standard delivery costs in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law. For example, certain personalised or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order, please contact AERA as soon as reasonably possible.

Consumers have statutory rights concerning defective products under applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation of the purchase or other remedies provided by law.

These statutory rights apply independently of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available in our online store.

AERA does not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
